I have become a citizen of the governorate of Helwan!!!!!!!!!!

Today i was shocked while i was walking with my friends, i find one of them telling me that Maadi was excluded as a city in Cairo and that Helwan would be a separate governorate with Maadi as a suburb, i don't know how trivial this could be on the behalf of the mas2oolen, ya3ny mesh la2yeen ay mashakel fe 3eshethom 5ales 2alo yedomo el maady le7elwan we ye3melooha mo7afza, el mohem 3ashan homa mota5alefeen el ma7kama el dostoroya is in maadi, and this court should be in the capital, meaning that only this part that has the court in it would be in cairo and the rest of maadi would be joined to 7elwan, rabna ya5dhom kolohom ya rab we nestereya7 men el araf bta3hom da. Another part of their ta5alof is that they made the capital in Helwan itself, not in new cairo for instance to relieve the pressure and expell it out, ta5alof rasmy.
